About the client

“Leisure World Group has been a family business for over 30 years. We started in 1984 with Catterick Caravans, and our sites now extend across 16 acres with the introduction of Ebor Leisure World and Tyneside Leisure World in 2012. Yet, despite our size, we retain the personal customer service of a smaller company. Our commitment to care and to selling quality motorhomes, caravans and cars at competitive prices, supported by an industry leading aftersales operation means, we always aim to exceed our customers’ expectations.” – Leisure World Group LinkedIn

Here is a good example of some of the work that we have carried out for a valued customer of ours ‘Leisure World Group’. We have installed warm air heaters to all 3 of Leisure World Groups sites; Catterick Caravans, Ebor Leisure World, and Tyneside Leisure World. Catterick caravans required 5 new heaters, as they didn’t previously have any installed, whereas Ebor Leisure World and Tyneside Leisure World were replacements of old, condemned warm air heaters.

At Catterick Caravans we installed 5 warm air heater units – 2x Powrmatic NVx40 (LPG) in the caravan showroom, 1 x Powrmatic NVx50 (Nat Gas) in the car showroom, and 2 x Powrmatic NVx 50 (Nat Gas) in the accessories department.

At Ebor Leisure World we installed 1 warm air heater unit, which was a Powrmatic LNVx45 (LPG), situated in the workshop area.

And at Tyneside Leisure World we installed 2 warm air heater units, which were both direct replacements of old warm air heaters which had been condemned for safety reasons. The first of the heaters that we installed was a Winterwarm XR60 (LPG) installed in the reception/shop area. It is crucial for this area of Tyneside’s site to be kept at comfortable temperatures as this is where the customers are found while shopping, and it is also where the staff spend a lot of their time working at the reception area and liaising with customers. The second warm air heater that we installed was a Winterwarm XR30 (LPG) situated in the workshop area, this is also a vital area for a warm air heater to be installed as this is where all of the servicing and maintenance of the caravans is carried out, and often the caravans will be washed so having a good heating system will speed up the process of drying, while also keeping the members of staff warm especially throughout the cold winter months.
